Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of manufacturing technology strategies to improve productivity, quality, and sustainability.
• Identify, assess, and implement new manufacturing technologies, automation systems, and digital tools.
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and R&D teams to ensure seamless technology integration into existing operations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across plants using Lean, Six Sigma, and other operational excellence methodologies.
• Manage and mentor the engineering and technical innovation team, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning.
• Ensure all engineering projects meet safety, compliance, and sustainability standards.
• Build partnerships with external vendors, research institutions, and technology providers to explore innovative solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing technology, process engineering, or industrial automation.
• Proven track record in leading technology-driven improvement projects in manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Industry 4.0 applications.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Passionate about continuous improvement and driving innovation that makes a tangible impact on operations.
