• To manage the contractual, technical, and administrative aspects of work performed by external companies (subcontractors) on a larger project, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and scheduling requirements.
• Contract Administration:
  Reviewing, evaluating, and negotiating contracts with subcontractors from the tender process through to completion.
• Performance Monitoring:
  Overseeing subcontractors to ensure their work meets technical, quality, cost, and schedule target.
• Cost Analysis:
  Analyzing cost structures and proposals from subcontractors.
• Documentation:
  Preparing and managing contract documents to adhere to company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Project Management:
  Collaborating with internal project teams, including other engineers and project managers.
• Commercial Close-out:
  Handling the commercial and contractual close-out activities for subcontractor work.
