Position Overview :

Ready to drive a big growth from UMG Label partners in Indonesia? UMG Indonesia is seeking a great collaborator to help our label partners to grow fast in digital music market in Indonesia.

What You’ll Own:

• Build strong relationship with label partners and help them to grow
• Provide valuable insight for label partners so they can make better and faster decision
• Act as the primary liaison with internal UMG division and external UMG partners

Who You Are:

• A strategic marketer and music lover: you live and breathe music and understand what moves audiences today.
• 5+ years of Music industry experience
• Great Collaborator who can drive great results
• Excellent communicator and people manager: you inspire teams, build strong stakeholder relationships, and present confidently to senior leadership.
• Data-driven and creative: analytical skills to inform strategy, paired with the creative instinct to craft standout campaigns.
