- Berkelanjutan di dunia Tik Tok atau manajemen talent/live streaming (diutamakan)
- Punya komunikasi yang baik, tegas, dan bisa jadi penghubung antara talent & manajemen
- Aktif di media sosial dan paham tren Tik Tok
- Bisa memotivasi host untuk capai target diamond, views, likes & jam live
- Teliti, sabar, dan bisa handle banyak talent sekaligus
- Siap kerja di lingkungan kreatif & dinamis
