Human Resources Officer

Responsibilities

• Host interactive and entertaining live streaming sessions to attract and engage audiences (targeting viewers from the U.S. and Europe)
• Respond to comments, questions and requests from viewers in real time to create an interactive experience.
• Maintain a fun and engaging atmosphere throughout the live session by keeping high energy and enthusiasm.
• Assist in planning and creating engaging content based on entertainment themes, such as games, challenges, or special features during live streaming.

• Minimum education:
  
  High school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a live host is preferred, but confident newcomers are also welcome.
• Fast learner, creative, energetic, and able to improvise well.
• Having a special talent to showcase on camera is a plus (e.g. singing, dancing, playing musical instruments, ASMR, gaming, cosplay, magic tricks).
• Strong understanding of social media and Tiktok trends.
• Note: This role does not involve selling products.
• Proficient in English is a must.
