Sales Supervisor - Beauty Salon Product; Hairdryer

We are seeking a motivated Sales Supervisor for our Beauty Salon Product division, focusing on hairdryers. Based in Jakarta, you will lead a sales team to promote and sell our premium hairdryers to salons and beauty professionals. Your leadership will drive sales growth and foster team performance and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and oversee the sales team for beauty salon products, especially hairdryers
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue goals and expand market reach
• Train, mentor, and support the sales team to improve skills and product knowledge
• Monitor sales performance and analytics, adjusting strategies as needed
• Build relationships with salon owners and beauty professionals to understand their needs and promote BIOTA products
• Coordinate with marketing to create promotional strategies for beauty salon products
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify new opportunities and threats

• At least 5 years of sales experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Experience in the beauty or salon equipment industry is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred
• Proven success in achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze sales data and market trends
• Passion for beauty products and awareness of current trends
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
