- Align sourcing strategies with hospital operational and clinical goals.
- Manage both indirect and clinical procurement categories (e.g., medical equipment, consumables, pharmaceuticals).
- Lead supplier evaluation, performance monitoring, corrective actions, and contract lifecycle.
- Develop cost saving initiatives.
- Track and report KPIs (savings, compliance, delivery performance).
- Tendering for major equipment and long-term service contracts.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare procurement policies and internal controls.
- Coach, mentor, and build a high‑performing procurement team.
- Demonstrates high standards of integrity, ethics, and professionalism in all procurement activities, especially in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Healthcare, or related field
- 8+ years in procurement corporate role
- Strong experience in healthcare/hospital/Pharmacy
- Mid-Senior level
