Establish and maintain an effective IT Governance framework.

Ensure IT Operations are compliant, efficient, secure, enhanced by automation aspects, and aligned with business objectives.

Address gaps in accountability, policy management, and document control.

Perform cross-functional collaboration within the IT organization and other stakeholders, to establish IT Governance.

• 5+ years of proven experience in creating and reviewing internal corporate policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with experience in the Financial Services industry.
