Wine Adore is running an Internship & Leadership Program designed for ambitious individuals looking to fast-track their career in Technology, Automation, and Digital Transformation within a dynamic startup environment.

This program builds a solid foundation in CRM tools, system integration, product knowledge, and customer engagement
, while also preparing you for future leadership or specialist roles in Tech, Product, Data, CRM, Marketing, or Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Learn Wine Adore’s product catalogue, customer journey, and CRM systems
• Assist in product portfolio recommendation, lead follow-up, event invitations, and CRM data updates
• Learn how Wine Adore’s tech stack, CRM systems, and internal tools support business operations
• Assist in automation workflows, data entry optimization, and system process improvements
• Collaborate closely with the Tech and CRM team, while working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, and Support
• Participate in internal training and hands-on projects to develop your tech and business problem-solving skills

• Indonesian citizen or permanent resident
• Fluent in English (an English test will be required).
• Final-year students or fresh graduates from Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields (We are open to supporting a formal internship agreement (MoU) with your university as part of your academic program requirements).

• Month 4-6:
