SAP SD Consultant

• Facilitate the implementation and support of SAP SD
• Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provide appropriate system solutions; identify, interpret, validate and document customer needs
• Facilitate workshops to collect business requirements
• Map client business requirements, processes, and objectives; develop necessary product modifications to satisfy clients' needs
• Design, customize, configure, and test SAP SD modules
• Identify gaps, issues, and workarounds
• Act as liaison with clients for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and resolve software problems
• Handle changes or emergency transports for high-priority issues
• Document functional designs, test cases, and results
• Proactively identify and propose business process and system enhancements
• Provide consulting services for new implementations and support projects
• Coordinate between business functions and technical teams
• Provide ad-hoc training and user support as needed
• Work independently and may mentor junior team members

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• At least 4 years of experience with SAP SD modules
• Experience in designing functional specifications for programs and reports
• SAP Module certification is preferable
• Good knowledge of SAP functional areas, implementation, and modules
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects
• Experience in professional services or distribution companies is a plus
• Understanding of accounting business processes
• Ability to understand business processes from a customer perspective
• Teamwork skills and effective communication
