Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. If you have excellent programming skills and a passion for developing applications or improving existing ones, we would like to meet you. As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with our engineers to ensure system consistency and improve user experience.

• Design and upgrade information systems to meet business and client needs.
• Provide documentation of all processes as needed.
• Implement best practices for supportability.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with the internal development team.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology.
• At least 2-5 years of experience as a Business System Analyst/Software Implementation Officer/Product Specialist in an enterprise environment (EPC/O&M experience is a bonus).
• Good communication, analysis skills, system integration, and knowledge of business processes.
• Knowledge of Business Process Modelling, Use Case Diagrams, Activity Flows, and related Business Analyst tools.
• Knowledge of entity-relationship diagrams.
• Experience with software testing (SIT, UAT, etc.).
• Knowledge of Web Application systems.
• Experience in an Agile Scrum environment.
