• Become part of the Consultant team to provide solutions, resolve problems in the IT Service Management/ITSM area (ITSM Implementation, ITSM improvement and ISO 20000 Certification).
• Responsible for completing tasks from the Consulting Team and other related Departments in carrying out daily tasks
• Lead a team of ITSM implementations
• Maintaining good relationship with the customer and the company's internal team
• Adapt and understand the regulation developments related to the IT GRC compliance, best practices, frameworks, or standards.
• Acts in an advisory capacity providing expertise and professional knowledge to executive management on ITIL implementation.

• Minimal 7 years experience in IT Service Management, IT Operation, or Service Desk Manager.
• Minimal 7 years in ITSM Project as Consultant.
• Certified in ITSM field such as ITILV3 Intermediate, ITILV4, and/or ISO 20000 Auditor.
• Bachelor’s degree in information system (IS) or Information Technology (IT)
• Computer literate in Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Flexible and positive attitude towards work
• Willing to travel out of town
