IT Business Analyst

Requirements- 1-3 years hands‑on experience as a business analyst.
- Knowledge and experience of project phases.
- Familiarity with creating documentation for projects (FSD / TSD / BRD, MOM, etc).
- Strong understanding and knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Iterative, Lean).
- Familiarity with SQL.
- Willingness to work on contract and onsite at Jakarta Utara.
- Analyze business requirements and prepare project deliverables (BRD, MoM, etc).
- Conduct discussion and requirement analysis with the business and implementers.
- Act as a bridge between developer and client for technical issues, including gap requirements and recommendations for best solutions.
- Review and monitor overall project objectives and timeline.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders and facilitate escalation of issues.
