• Own and lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across multiple product verticals.
• Manage and mentor a team of Product Managers and Product Designers to deliver measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate with leadership to align product direction with company OKRs and long‑term strategy.
• Define success metrics and ensure disciplined prioritization between user needs, technical feasibility, and commercial goals.
• Partner with engineering and data to drive product delivery excellence—from discovery to post‑launch iterations.
• Anticipate market trends and customer needs, using data and insight to evolve product strategy.
• Champion a product culture of ownership, experimentation, and continuous improvement.

• 7–10 years experience in product management, with at least 3 years in leadership or multi‑squad management.
• Proven track record leading B2B SaaS or marketplace products from concept to scale.
• Exceptional analytical, strategic, and execution skills — can zoom out and dive deep.
• Strong people leadership and stakeholder alignment ability across engineering, business, and design.
• Data‑driven mindset; fluent in defining and interpreting product metrics.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.

• Experience in HRIS, ATS, or fintech domains.
• Background in startup or hypergrowth environments.
• Strong product intuition balanced with operational discipline.

• You’ll lead product innovation for a group of platforms redefining how Indonesia learns, works, and grows.
