• Lead DX consulting engagements in IT strategy, digital transformation planning, and enterprise solution design to help clients envision, design, and plan next-generation digital platforms and operating models.
• Define mid- to long-term IT strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Assess IT landscapes (applications, infrastructure, data) and design target enterprise architectures (EA) and IT governance models.
• Develop IT investment plans and roadmaps.
• Identify digital transformation opportunities from customer journey and business process insights.
• Develop digital business strategies leveraging emerging technologies (AI, cloud, IoT, RPA, etc.).
• Create transformation roadmaps with phased implementation.
• Advise on data-driven decision-making and platformization of key services.
• Lead requirement definition and functional design for digital platforms.
• Architect scalable and secure solutions such as integrating APIs, cloud services.
• Bridge business and technology teams to ensure solution fit and value realization.

• Formulate DX strategy.
• Design DX solutions to meet client needs.
• Define IT planning and architecture, including assessing landscapes and designing target architectures.
• Develop IT investment plans and create phased transformation roadmaps.
• Identify opportunities from customer journeys and business insights.
• Leverage emerging technologies for digital strategies.
• Lead functional and technical requirements for digital platforms.
• Design scalable, secure solutions, including API and cloud integrations.
• Coordinate between business and technical teams for solution implementation and value realization.

• 7+ years in IT consulting, solution architecture, or digital transformation.
• 3+ years in solution architect or technology strategy leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading enterprise IT strategy or DX projects.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, enterprise and data architecture, and cloud tech.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and business stakeholders.
• Experience in stakeholder management, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
