• Conduct research on the latest technology trends and solutions available in the market to support innovation in improving internal processes and enhancing customer service.
• Build collaboration with other divisions/departments to identify user problems and needs to produce appropriate IT solutions.
• Identify IT solutions that align with business and user needs, prioritize them, and create a roadmap for IT solutions to be developed based on urgency and benefits.
• Translate IT solution needs into business requirements documents that are easily understood by readers with or without a technical background.
• Assist in the planning and monitoring of IT solution development projects, in line with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodology, either using waterfall or agile methods, to ensure projects run according to plan and produce high-quality IT solutions.
• Ensure the completeness of project and system documentation and manage all documentation to maintain the quality of IT solution development.
• Evaluate implemented IT solutions to identify necessary developments to keep IT solutions relevant to user needs and technological advancements.
• Create reports for management both on a project scale and routine reporting as part of good IT Governance.

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering / Information Systems / Accounting Information Systems
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a related field
• Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (Waterfall and Agile), Project Management, Cloud Technology, Web & Mobile Technology
• Ability to build relationships with business users
• Strong analytical skills and a high level of initiative; experience related to IoT, especially Smart City, is a plus
• Honest, meticulous, proactive, and able to work well in a team.
• Proficient in English (both active and passive).
