Qualifications & Experience
- 10+ years of project management experience, with a proven track record delivering multiple full‑cycle SAP implementations.
- Prior experience rolling out SAP to Indonesia.
- Strong understanding of SAP deployment life cycles, covering planning, build, test, cutover, and hypercare.
- Experience leading matrixed teams across multiple work streams and stakeholder groups.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments.
- Familiarity with global PMO tools and standards (e.g., Azure Dev Ops, Smartsheet, SharePoint, RAID management).
