• Write developer guides and assistance material in an understandable technical manner.
• Collaborate with internal teams to gain a thorough understanding of the product and the documentation needs.
• To maximize reader comprehension, choose the information to be presented in the most logical and straightforward manner possible.
• Use SEO guidelines to increase web traffic.
• Create content topics related to our market and industry.
• Write a wide variety of topics for multiple platforms.
• Produce high-quality technical content and social media needs.
• Hands-on step-by-step technical issues before writing into the content.
• Collaborate with the technical team to create technical content.

Requirements:

• Get things done; self-driven; willing to learn; team player; love challenges; strive for excellence.
• Have good knowledge and insight especially in website, Word Press web hosting, cloud hosting, cloud VPS, etc.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. Word Press).
• Proficiency in HTML and markdown.
• Willing to learn and experiment in technical areas.
• Ability to interpret complex technical aspects and make them easy to understand for customers in content.
• Attention to detail and logical & critical thinking.
• Knowledge of how operating systems and servers work.
• Basic skills in IT (Networking and Programming).
