As a Full‑Stack Engineer, you will help build the user‑facing layer of Deel’s next‑generation financial infrastructure - powering payroll, treasury, compliance, and global payments at massive scale. Our teams are building financial rails that support everything from traditional banking rails to emerging models such as crypto‑powered payroll
, digital wallets, and modern settlement flows. You will transform complex financial logic into elegant, performant, and intuitive interfaces used by hundreds of thousands of customers worldwide. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Backend teams to build responsive, secure, and visually polished applications that deliver a flawless, white‑glove experience across all of Deel’s Fin Tech surfaces. • Work within a cross‑functional squad of Backend Engineers, Product Managers, Designers, and QA to deliver exceptional user experiences.
• Participate in the complete product lifecycle, from discovery and planning to development, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Build and maintain complex features and UI components, ensuring scalability, accessibility, performance, and delightful UX.
• Collaborate on API design, state management architecture, and frontend–backend integration for high‑volume financial flows.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve bugs quickly to uphold Deel’s fast‑paced development expectations (“Deel Speed”).
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across all front‑end surfaces, including dashboards, financial operations tools, and mission‑critical workflows.
• Influence technical decisions, contribute to architectural discussions, and champion best practices in modern frontend & backend engineering.
