Responsibilities

Conduct IT operation monitoring within the customer
Provide 1st level support for external customer
Perform network troubleshooting at the customer
Conduct IT Operation & Security monitoring within the customer

Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Having experience as Technical Support Engineer or similar role.
Have a skill of Network routing, switching, Fortinet and Cisco product (ASA, Switch and Meraki)
Preferably candidate's have certification Fortinet NSE 4
