Netsuite Developer; Italian​/EMEA Localization

We are currently looking for a Net Suite Developer to join our team.

This role is centered around supporting and enhancing our Oracle Net Suite ERP platform to align with business objectives across Finance, Procurement, HR, and other corporate functions. The Net Suite Developer will lead the design and implementation of new customizations, integrations, and technical solutions while ensuring the platform remains secure, scalable, and efficient.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Net Suite customizations using Suite Script 2.1, Suite Flow, Suite Talk (Web Services), RESTlets, and other Net Suite development tools
• Implement and maintain integrations between Net Suite and other internal/external systems
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and provide support throughout the development lifecycle
• Experience in supporting European countries specially Italian localization.
• Partner with business stakeholders and application support teams to troubleshoot issues, optimize system functionality, and drive continuous improvement
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, testing, deployment, and documentation
• Support system upgrades and ensure compatibility with Net Suite releases
• Maintain technical documentation, user guides, and configuration records
• Ensure development follows best practices for performance, scalability, and security
• Collaborate with the Release Management team to support UAT, code reviews, and production deployments
• Contribute to data governance, system audits, and compliance initiatives

What we look for:

• 6+ years of hands-on experience developing in Oracle Net Suite ERP, ideally with both technical and functional exposure
• Strong proficiency in Suite Script 2.1 and related Net Suite development technologies
• Experience with system integrations via Suite Talk (SOAP/REST), RESTlets, and middleware platforms
• Understanding of core Net Suite modules:
  Financials, Procurement, Order Management, and Reporting
• Fluency in English
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to translate technical details into business-friendly language
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to solving issues and improving systems
• Ability to manage multiple development tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with Agile methodologies is a plus
