IT Project Manager; Infrasture Technology Banking Industry

About the role

Sigmatech is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead infrastructure technology projects within the banking industry. This is a contract role based in South Tangerang, Banten.

• Manage the full project lifecycle, from planning and scoping to implementation and post-project support.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and resource schedules.
• Lead cross‑functional project teams, coordinating the efforts of developers, IT specialists, and other stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful and on‑time project delivery.
• Communicate progress and status updates to executive stakeholders and project sponsors.
• Ensure projects comply with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management efficiency.

• +3 or +5 years of experience as an IT Project Manager, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering complex IT infrastructure and technology projects.
• Excellent project management skills, including the ability to create detailed project plans, manage budgets, and track milestones.
• Strong technical background with expertise in cloud technologies, data centre operations, and enterprise IT systems.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build consensus and influence decision‑making.
• Proficient in using project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall.
• Familiarity with banking industry regulations, compliance, and security standards.
