This role is designed for an experienced agile leader who thrives in high-ambiguity environments, can coach senior engineers and product stakeholders, and ensures predictable, high-quality delivery across Web3, AI, and enterprise software initiatives.

As a Senior Scrum Master
, you will own the agile delivery process across one or more cross-functional squads (engineering, blockchain, AI, product, design). Your primary mandate is to maximize team velocity, delivery predictability, and quality
, while removing impediments and continuously improving how teams operate.

You will work closely with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and client stakeholders to ensure that priorities are clear, risks are surfaced early, and teams consistently deliver value.

This is a senior, hands-on facilitation and coaching role
, not an administrative or junior scrum function.

• Own and facilitate all core Scrum ceremonies:
• Sprint planning
• Daily stand-ups
• Sprint reviews
• Retrospectives
• Ensure Scrum is applied pragmatically and effectively, not dogmatically.
• Maintain a strong cadence and delivery rhythm across sprints.
• Track sprint commitments, throughput, and delivery outcomes.

• Coach senior engineers, tech leads, and product owners on agile best practices.
• Foster high-trust, high-accountability team dynamics.
• Identify team bottlenecks, delivery risks, and systemic inefficiencies.
• Drive continuous improvement using actionable retrospective outcomes.

• Partner with Product Owners to:
• Maintain a well-groomed, prioritized backlog
• Ensure user stories are clear, testable, and delivery-ready
• Support estimation, capacity planning, and release forecasting.
• Ensure alignment between roadmap goals and sprint-level execution.

• Act as a delivery bridge between internal teams and external clients.
• Provide transparent progress updates, risk visibility, and delivery forecasts.
• Help manage expectations in fast-moving Web3, AI, and enterprise projects.
• Escalate delivery risks early with proposed mitigation strategies.

• Identify and actively remove delivery blockers across teams.
• Manage cross-team dependencies in multi-squad initiatives.
• Proactively surface risks related to scope, timelines, or technical constraints.
• Drive resolution through coordination with engineering, product, and leadership.

• Track and interpret agile metrics:
• Velocity
• Sprint predictability
• Cycle time
• Delivery consistency
• Use metrics to improve outcomes—not to micromanage teams.
• Contribute to evolving Token Minds delivery standards and playbooks.

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead.
• Proven experience working with senior engineering teams

• Web platforms
• Blockchain / Web3 systems
• AI or data-driven products
• Strong understanding of full SDLC in modern software environments.

• Deep practical knowledge of Scrum and agile frameworks.
• Experience adapting agile processes to real-world constraints.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to balance delivery pressure with sustainable team performance.
