Job Summary
- Provide general support and assistance to Japanese expatriates regarding living and working in Indonesia.
- Coordinate and facilitate the visa and passport application process for Japanese expatriates.
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing, record-keeping, and correspondence related to expatriate affairs.
- Facilitate communication between Japanese expatriates and Indonesian by providing interpreting services.
- Intermediate to advanced level of Japanese Language and holding a minimum JLPT N2 certificate are preferred for this position.
- Still active in using the Japanese Language.
- Experienced in translating or interpreting duties.
- Proactive and good interpersonal skills.
