** To provide administrative support to our finance and disputes teams in a timely and responsive manner to legal staff, with a consistent and high standard of quality to partners and lawyers in the practice group to meet client requirements and deadlines to deliver an exceptional client experience.
** Key Qualifications, Skills & Experiences:
*** A minimum of 2 years' relevant working experience preferably in a professional services environment.
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Strong telephone manners and communication skills.
* Ability to work in a highly collaborative team environment.
* Flexible to work after hours and on weekends/public holidays if required.
* Working proficiency of English and be able to work in a multicultural environment where English is the primary language of communication.
* Proficiency in MS Office and quick adaption to new systems.
* Skilled in managing complex travel arrangements.
* Maintains strict confidentiality and handles sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
* Efficient at handling multiple calendars and schedules.
