Legal activities related to Corporate Organization & Asset Documentation:
• Provide Legal services regarding Organization form and structure related to management strategic plan.  
• Conducts Legal Actions for all activities to fulfill Organization’s obligations regarding form and structure of corporate.  
• Records and maintains the legal aspects of all Organization’s assets and related legal documents.  
• Act as team member to conducts due diligence regarding Corporate Organization and Asset Documentation.  
• Produce High Quality due diligence Report and give suggestion to Improve current BINUS’s Legal condition related to Corporate Organization and Asset Documentation Legal area.  
• Conducts Corporate Organization and Asset Documentation Legal activities that necessary to improve current BINUS’s Legal condition.  
• Designs Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) regarding operational process for Corporate Organization and Asset Documentation Legal.  Management Support

Activities:

• Provide Report to Direct Supervisor.  
• Suggest improvement for operational process regarding Corporate Organization & Asset Documentation.  
• Perform activities related to quality management system.  
• Perform additional tasks as required by Direct Supervisor.

General Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree (S1), major in Law  Work Exposure/

Experience:

• Have minimum 2 years working experience in related area Special Skill:
• Understand and familiar Indonesian regulations especially in Corporate Law and Agrarian Law.
