• Deliver quality legal services for the firm's clients
• Lead legal projects and/or cases assigned by the firm
• Train and develop associates to help them excel in their roles
• Participate in the firm’s activities beyond legal services and champion initiatives for the firm’s development
• Maintain and develop professional networks
• Contribute to the firm’s efforts in creating a healthy work environment

• Bachelor degree in law from a reputable university; a master degree will be an advantage
• 5–9 years of experience in the legal industry, either in a law firm or as in-house counsel in a company. Admission to the Indonesian bar (advocate license) will be an advantage.
• Good knowledge of Indonesian laws and regulations and the ability to conduct legal research
• Good communication and relationship skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, verbal and written
• Strong yet pleasant personality with commercial awareness
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership of tasks assigned
• Able to work individually or as part of a team
• Able to manage a team and transfer skills as well as provide support and guidance to more junior members of the team
• Strong ethical values and the ability to navigate the practical realities when delivering legal services
