At least 1 year working experience in Maintenance field, Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Good sense of responsibility, good communication skills, good at teamwork

Fast learner, strong logical and analytical thinking, and good at problem solving

Familiar with equipment structure and working principle. Possesses some maintenance management experiences

Able to work in shift (if needed)

Willing to be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang

• Ensure equipment of assembly line runs normally, and enhance productivity and conformity rate of equipment.
• Make an assessment about equipment failures and take in charge of handling malfunctions of fixtures and equipment in assembly lines.
• Take part in the newly introduced equipment debugging and acceptance inspection.
• Participate in the review and summarization of the equipment problem from trial to mass production.
• Take in charge of training and guidance writing about the assembly equipment and fixtures.
• Take in charge of equipment reparations and maintenance in cooperation with production department. Make the plan about monthly, quarterly, annual preventiv maintenance plan.
• Continuously improve equipment management system and maintenance rules and regulations. Push the equipment improvement system to be built, and establish the module about malfunctions analysis, statistics, maintenance.
