As a Production Engineer, you will be part of SCG Indonesia’s manufacturing operations, ensuring that production runs safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. This role involves monitoring production processes, driving continuous improvement, and supporting plant teams in achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily production operations to ensure output meets quality and efficiency targets.
• Analyze process data and identify opportunities to improve productivity and reduce waste.
• Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams to minimize downtime and resolve production issues.
• Support trials of new materials, methods, or technologies to improve performance.
• Prepare regular reports on production results, losses, and improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards in all production activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, or related Engineering fields.
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial engineering, or related roles; strong internships also considered.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with production systems and improvement tools (Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
• Effective communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
