Production Manager – Kitchen​/Cabinetry advance-level Production Manager to jo

We seek a Production Manager with kitchen and cabinetry manufacturing expertise to lead and oversee our production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive experience in cabinetry production, and the ability to manage teams, processes, and resources efficiently. This role is critical to ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality kitchen cabinetry products while optimizing production efficiency.

1. Production Planning and Management

• Develop and implement production schedules to meet delivery timelines and customer demands.
• Oversee the entire production process, from raw material procurement to finished product delivery.

2. Team Leadership and Development

• Manage, train, and mentor production staff, including operators, CNCmachineries, and quality control personnel.
• Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on skill setsand production priorities.

3. Quality Control

• Establish and enforce quality control procedures to ensure finished products meet design specifications and standards.

4. Process Improvement

• Analyze production workflows and implement strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and minimize costs.

5. Inventory and Resource Management

• Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and supplies.
• Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of materials.

Required:

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in kitchen or cabinetry production management.
• Strong knowledge of cabinetry manufacturing processes, materials, and machinery.
• Proven ability to set up and manage production units efficiently.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities under pressure.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or arelated field.
• Experience with production management software and tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
