Production and Technical Supervisor

• Oversee daily production operations
  , ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to safety standards.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of production and technical staff
  , fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Work closely with engineering and R&D teams to implement technical improvements and support new product launches
• Monitor equipment performance
  , troubleshoot technical issues, and coordinate maintenance efforts to minimize downtime
• Develop and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to optimize workflows and boost productivity
• Analyse production data to identify trends, reduce waste, and enhance overall output
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Oversee technical projects and drive initiatives that enhance production processes

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing
  , or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production supervisory role (experience in HVAC is a plus)
• Strong technical aptitude
  , with the ability to troubleshoot machinery and production systems
• Proven leadership and communication skills
  , with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process optimization techniques
• A problem-solving mindset
  , capable of delivering results under tight deadlines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works
  , and other relevant tools
