• Oversee and manage end-to-end factory operations including production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and safety.
• Ensure production targets, cost efficiency, and quality standards are achieved consistently.
• Lead initiatives in process improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational excellence
  .
• Manage production planning, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
• Drive continuous improvement in productivity, quality, and equipment reliability
  .
• Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies across all operations.
• Build, train, and lead a high-performing factory team.
• Collaborate with global and regional teams to align strategies and operational standards.
• Prepare operational performance reports and lead reviews with senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Management
  , or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in metal production management or heavy industrial manufacturing (e.g., rolling, casting, forging, or fabrication).
• Proven leadership experience managing large‑scale factory operations.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Mandarin proficiency is an advantage.
• Deep understanding of lean manufacturing, TPM, Six Sigma, and ISO standards

• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and people management skills.
