The Production Staff (Injection) will play an essential role in supporting the injection molding process within our manufacturing operations. This position focuses on ensuring product quality, machine performance, and process efficiency while maintaining safety and operational excellence. The role is ideal for candidates with an electrical background who are eager to grow in a dynamic production environment.

• Graduated from Electrical Engineering or a related field
• Basic understanding of electrical systems and injection molding machinery
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and team collaboration skills
• Willing to work in a shift-based schedule
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply

• Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of injection molding machines
• Ensure production output meets established quality and efficiency standards
• Conduct routine maintenance and report machine abnormalities
• Support troubleshooting and participate in continuous improvement activities
• Record and maintain accurate production data and reports
• Collaborate with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth daily operations
