• Minimal SMK sederajat dan wajib memiliki pengalaman serupa (2,3)
• Diutamakan memiliki SIO Crane (3)
• Sehat jasmani dan rohani (1,2,3)
• Tidak bertindik dan bertato (1,2,3)
• Bersedia bekerja dalam regular atau shift sesuai kebutuhan perusahaan (1,2,3)
• Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi dan interpersonal skill yang baik (1,2,3)
• Multitasking dan mampu bekerja di bawah tekanan (1,2,3)
