Job Responsibilities

• Planning, analyzing, evaluating CI programs ensure achieved productivity
• Mapping business process, alayze data for process, indentify non added values process, waste, and improvement oportunity, added value process, & performance indicator to make project plan activity
• Lead all project company system to make program 5R, SS and kaizen
• Improve production process flow with process analyze and layout changing
• Modify and Implement standards of work tools
• Ensure production capacity is in accordance with order calculations based on Time Study / Line Balancing analysis
• Find solutions to quality problems with Lean approach
• Setup continuous kaizen activity
• Supervise training and mentoring from operator to management level
• Leading and Facility Lean Implementation in production
• Identify and deliver project improvement activity through quality and process production

Margacipta embarked on global marketing campaign supported by the Indonesian Export Development Council (BPEN) in 1990. After launching regionally in Singapore and Hong Kong, the MC® label started appearing in Australia, Western Europe and the Middle East. By the start of the new millennium, Margacipta had established its reputation as world‑class manufacturer in the SE Asian Market. To meet growing demand, MC® began rigorous quality & service improvements, increasing production capacity at its Tangerang facility to support management’s goals “to become the leading manufacturer of cell cast acrylic sheet in the world”.

As new customers discovered Margacipta’s great quality, responsive customer service team and a production process that puts the customer first, 2007 saw a major upgrade to a semi‑automatic, 4‑line production system. Finally in 2012, a sixth production line was added giving Margacipta an annual production capacity of 30,000 MT.
