QA-QC Assistant Manager

Overview

Ensure quality control of raw materials, finished products, and production processes according to established standards. Manage certification processes including Halal, BPOM, FSSC 22000 and/or ISO 22000. Support internal and external audits (Halal, BPOM, customer audits) and coordinate internal training on food safety and Halal compliance. Monitor production line conditions to ensure compliance with regulations and SOPs.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Agriculture/Fisheries;
  Food Technology
• At least 3 years experience in the same position in Frozen Food Product / related industry is a must (Meat/Fish Processing)
• Good understanding on Quality Control Management, Quality Control Processing
• Understanding on FSMS, HACCP, GMP, SSOP
• Good leadership and communication skill
• Placement in Cikupa, Tangerang
