We are seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop production schedules and workflows to meet business demands and optimize resources.
• Allocate resources effectively and fully utilize assets to produce optimal results.
• Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and other departments to ensure production goals are achieved.
• Analyze production data to identify and resolve any issues impacting production schedules and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce production costs without compromising quality or safety.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-control measures as necessary.

Key

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree, GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• Maximum age: 26 years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam or China for a 3-month MT program.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Prior experience inmarket monitoring and conducting competitive analysis.
