• Monitor Supervise adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions (WIs), and other operational guidelines within the Production product activities to ensure that process parameters are maintained within defined standards.
• Analyse and follow up on in-process quality control results to ensure product integrity.
• Ensure the consistent implementation of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP/CPKB) across all stages of the production process.
• Coordinate investigations into production deviations, out-of-specification results, customer complaints, and other quality-related issues.
• Develop and oversee the execution of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to address identified issues.
• Review Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) prior to submission for batch release.
• Lead, train, and supervise the Analyst team within the manufacturing area to ensure high performance and continuous development.
• Support technical verification and validation activities prior to formulation transfer to production or third-party manufacturing.

• Education & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in QA/QC Manufacturing or related functions
• Experience in FMCG / Personal Care / Cosmetics industry preferred
• Technical Competency
• Strong knowledge of GMP / CPKB and manufacturing quality systems
• Understanding of production processes, critical parameters, and in-process controls
• Ability to review and assess BMRs, deviations, OOS, and investigations
• Knowledge of CAPA, risk assessment, and root cause analysis tools
• Quality & Compliance
• Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs and WIs on the production floor
• Ability to handle customer complaints and internal quality issues
• Familiar with validation & verification activities related to manufacturing
• Leadership & People Management
• Ability to lead, coach, and supervise Analysts / QA leader
• Strong coordination with Production, QC, and Engineering
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
