• Lead, supervise, and coordinate all production activities in Filling Device unit to achieve targets in quality, quantity, cost, and delivery time.
• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans according to forecast and customer orders.
• Ensure implementation of production SOPs and compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards.
• Analyze production capacity, efficiency, and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Manage production and ensure product quality meets company standards.
• Coach, develop, and evaluate the performance of production team members
• Collaborate with related departments to ensure smooth production processes.
• Monitor the effective use of materials, machines, and manpower to reduce scrap and downtime.
• Prepare and submit periodic production reports to management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in manufacturing industry, with at least 3-5 years in a Production Supervisor / Manager role.
• Proven track record in managing production lines
  , preferably in plastic processing / assembly
• Strong exposure to product development and filling products manufacturing
  .
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and Quality Management Systems.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure and manage large teams effectively.
• Willing to be placed in Jembrana.
