Qualifications- 2‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- At least 1 year experience as a store manager in the F&B industry.
- Must possess a valid KTP ().
- Minimum education:
High School diploma. - Desired salary:
Rp 4,280,000 per month.
- Work with flexible hours.
- Coordinate all production staff to ensure production meets field manager requirements.
- Ensure products are made according to SOP/resep.
- Ensure HPP meets target.
- Ensure product quantity and timing are as scheduled.
- Ensure availability of raw materials and maintain inventory of them.
- Balance sales staff cash withdrawals and product sales.
- Disciplinary actions for production staff lacking discipline.
- Support sales and production teams to achieve targets.
