• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in a relevant field (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Accounting/Management for Cost Control).
• Good understanding of operational processes, work standards, and production flow.
• Able to perform monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of operational performance, with strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills.
• Familiar with handling and operating industrial machinery and understanding production equipment.
• Good understanding of manufacturing processes, including chemical-related processes in industrial operations.
• Experienced in quality control and cost control activities within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities.

• Assist the Manager in managing and supervising operational activities according to the assigned area.
• Control and ensure work processes are carried out in accordance with targets, SOPs, and company standards.
• Manage and develop the team within the respective work area.
• Identify operational, quality, and cost-related issues and support the implementation of effective solutions.
• Support quality control, cost control, and machine operation and maintenance activities to ensure optimal production processes.
• Identify operational issues and provide effective solutions.
