Quality Control

Do you have passion in Quality Control? Can you make decisions for products and services that are appropriate for clients? This task requires high dedication especially related to product quality. As a Quality Control, you have an obligation to keep the product or service that reaches the consumer completely according to the quality standard of the company.

Basically, every day you will work according to testing and inspection standards set by the company. You will meet with production management or business management to explain the quality products. You can also specify steps to maintain the quality of your product or service, including finding solutions to problems or consumer claims.

• Willing to run the company procedures for testing raw materials until the final product.
• Can work consistently to follow the standard quality control that has been established company.
• Can analyze products that do not fit the standards, look for causes of damage and find the right solution.
• Can perform percentage analysis for all industrial products.
• Can communicate well to all management, especially when there are problems related to product quality.
• Ensure all products have been feasible quality test and encourage all parties to perform the obligation to maintain the quality.
• Can share knowledge, training and support to all QA teams.
• Can make effective material test for all products.

• Better if you have experience in quality control field for 4 years.
• If you have been a QC supervisor for at least 2 years then you are strongly considered.
• Can work closely, think analytically and be able to cooperate with all related line in industry.
• Have ability to explain theory and skill to others.
• Having industry certification or related field will be an added value.
