We are seeking an experienced Process Engineer
to join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain quality management systems (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Develop and execute quality assurance strategies, plans, and procedures.
• Utilize technological tools and software (e.g., quality management software, and statistical analysis tools) to monitor and analyze quality performance metrics.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, production, regulatory affairs) to resolve quality-related issues and implement corrective/preventive actions.
• Provide training and support to employees on quality processes and procedures.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to quality assurance.

Key

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree, GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• Maximum age: 26 years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam or China for a 3-month MT program.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Understanding of QMS ISO 9001.
• Good understanding of the quality control process.
