We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our client, a global tire manufacturer in China, founded in 2002, produces high-quality, affordable tires for passenger vehicles, trucks, and buses. In this role, you will ensure product compliance with national and international standards, oversee quality assurance processes, and lead continuous improvement initiatives within our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance policies aligned with ISO 9001:2015.
• Ensure compliance with standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., SNI, ISO).
• Monitor production operations and evaluate quality management system (QMS) performance.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data against benchmarks.
• Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance processes and reduce defects.
• Conduct audits and ensure quality standards prioritize safety and compliance.

Key

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree, GPA min. 3.00 (out of 4.00).
• Maximum age: 26 years.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Vietnam or China for a 3-month MT program.
• Proficiency in English & Mandarin.
• Experience with internal/external audits and handling certifications (e.g., SNI).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and tire industry experience is an advantage.
