Job Description

• Oversees And Maintains Quality Control Systems, Product/process Verification Systems, Sampling Protocols, And Analytical Testing To Guarantee That All Goods Produced Adhere To The Highest Standards For Food Safety
• Examine The Regulatory Landscape And Create Reaction Methods In Advance Of New Or Revised Food Safety Legislation
• Examine Food Safety Procedures To Assure Compliance;
  Notify Management And Regulating Authorities Of Noncompliance;
  And Create And Carry Out Remedial Action Plans
• Assess Suppliers Or Vendors For Adherence To Internal Standards And External Norms And Provide Suggestions For Improvements To Processes Or Products
• Implement Environmental, Health, And Safety Requirements Across The Entire Organization, And Make Sure That Everyone On Staff Is Aware Of And Complies With The Rules
• Keep Track Of And Uphold Appropriate Safety Standards For Overall Personnel And Environmental Compliance
• Carry Out And Make Sure That Quality Implementation Is Done In Accordance With Standard Operating Procedures
• Ensure That The Person nel Receive Adequate Training In The Necessary Skills
• Uphold Positive Relationships Between Stakeholders
• In Charge Of The Department's Organizational Structure, Personnel Decisions Involving Hiring, Performance, And Disciplinary Actions, As Well As The Implementation Of A Performance-based Culture

• A bachelor's degree from a renowned university in engineering, industrial management, agricultural, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 10 years of work experience in the quality management roles, with at least minimum of 5 years of experience in animal feed manufacturing
• Experience in quality assurance, food safety, food production, auditing, regulatory, or a similar field
• Ability to produce SOPs and quality parameter forms. Strong team building, decision-making, and people-management skills
• Experience in developing, implementing, and maintaining food safety plans such as HACCP and GMP compliance
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Able to communicate with all levels in the plant
