• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a quality assurance or quality control role
• Strong understanding of quality control principles, methodologies, and best practices
• Proficient in using quality management tools and software
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and decision‑making skills
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams
• A detail‑oriented and proactive approach to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Knowledge in the technical field of the water industry (meters, pipes, accessories), inspection and quality assurance

• Execute and support QA/QC control activities across Construction and Operational areas
• Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing coordination with external laboratories to ensure all processes follow established quality procedures
• Monitor and document testing activities performed by contractors, ensuring all test results comply with technical specifications and required quality standards
• Prepare and compile testing reports and quality control documentation, including data validation and preliminary analysis before submission to the Section Head
• Maintain and organize all quality‑related documents in accordance with the Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), including document versioning, archiving and controlled distribution
• Support the implementation of internal audits and follow up on audit requirements as assigned by the Management Representative (MR)
• Follow up on Corrective Action Requests (CAR) related to non‑conformities and ensure corrective actions are implemented effectively at the operational level
• Provide operational support and technical assistance to field teams to ensure quality standards are consistently applied during construction and operational activities
