Position: Activity Quality Leader
Full-time (CDI, permanent)

• The APU Quality Leader coordinates Quality members inside the APU, oversees process and product audits, and trains/coaches on Logical Thinking. This position cannot supersede Site Quality Manager authority.
• Initiates the QRQC in the QIM database, participates in containment, and validates the robustness of the containment.
• Supports APU Managers and Site Manager in the analysis of issues assigned in the QRQC activities.
• Updates APU quality tracking charts (Customer Returns, Cost of Non‑Quality, etc.).
• Performs line audits to detect non‑compliance with the Standard and identifies corrective actions with the APU to achieve compliance.
• Participates in the eradication of Customer and Non‑Quality issues.
• Ensures that rules such as “Stop at first disagree” and “Stop at first no” are observed during the APU QRQC meetings.
• Revises the control plan following an issue.
• Verifies 4M matrix compliance for product or process changes, ensuring customer awareness and approval in accordance with the 4M matrix.
• Updates quality documents following process‑related changes.
• Verifies continuous conformance of the process to generate product to specification in accordance with control plans (machine capability – yearly product audit, etc.).
• Has authority to stop a manufacturing/assembly line in any situation where Standards are not respected, or a safety or quality risk for the operator or customer has been detected, or following an LLC Stability audit demonstrating less than 100% compliance.
• Represents the Customer within Valeo on Quality matters (communication/escalation).
