Position
QUALITY CONTROL (CENTRAL KITCHEN)

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for ensuring the quality of materials, production processes, and the conformity of distributed products with internal standards and specification.
Prepare reports on the results of problem analyses.
Conduct investigations related to complaints from outlets and the central kitchen.
Record non-conformists and develop corrective action as well as preventive measures.
Job RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Food Technology (or similar) with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Quality Control in the Food & Beverage Industry.
Experience in gathering, recording, and reporting on operational and quality metrics.
Basic knowledge in food safety and quality system, food hygiene, and HALAL assurance system.
Basic skills in data processing and analysis via Microsoft Windows and internet applications.
Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, orally and in writing.
Ability to work independently and within a team; to learn and manage work priorities.
Willing to work shift hours and will be placed in Cikupa, Tangerang.
