Research and Development; R&D Manager

Oversee the company's R&D functions, ensuring that the company meets its objectives for researching and developing new products or technologies and improving existing products through leading the company's research staff. Ensure the company correctly understands and anticipates market demand, planning and developing products to meet consumer needs and remain competitive in the marketplace. Direct the Research and Development (R&D) program, from new product proposal to commercialization.

Drive accountability, consistency, quality, and process standardization across all phases of research and development. In accordance with company objectives, develop and monitor research plans and budgets for R&D projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within cost objectives. Develop and implement strategic R&D plans aligned with the company's business objectives. Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and consumer trends.

Ensure all products comply with relevant local regulations and standards. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards. Prepare and review technical documents for regulatory submissions. Implement and oversee quality control processes to ensure product safety and efficacy. Drive research initiatives to explore new ingredients, formulations, and technologies. Maintain good communication, relationships, and other resources necessary for R&D activities.
