We are seeking an experienced SUPERVISOR / ASSISTANT MANAGER to join our dynamic team at AMSTERDAMN!, a leading company in the FOOD & BEVERAGE industry. Based in South Tangerang Banten
, this full-time role will be responsible for overseeing and supporting our team to ensure efficient and effective operations.

The Restaurant Supervisor oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent customer service, efficient workflow, and compliance with company standards. This role supports the Restaurant Manager in leading the team, maintaining service quality, and achieving sales and operational targets.

The Restaurant Assistant Manager supports the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, team performance, and operational efficiency. This role plays a key part in achieving sales targets, maintaining brand standards, and creating a positive guest experience.

• Supervise daily front-of-house and/or back-of-house operations
• Ensure high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and service
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Monitor opening and closing procedure

• Assist in managing daily restaurant operations
• Ensure food quality, service standards, and cleanliness meet company expectations
• Oversee opening and closing procedures
• Resolve guest complaints professionally and efficiently

• Minimum 1–3 years experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling
• Leadership mindset with problem-solving skills
